How to Initiate Cashless Claims
1. Share Diagnosis & Policy
Share your insurance e-card and policy document with Dr. Vikrant's surgical coordinator during your consultation or diagnostic scheduling.
2. Pre-Authorization Form Submission
The hospital's TPA desk submits the pre-authorization form along with the doctor's prescription, diagnostic scans, and clinical notes to your insurer.
3. Approval & Discharge
Once the insurer issues the initial approval letter, cashless admission is cleared. Final bills are settled directly with the insurer during discharge.
